Prices & Shipping Cost
All prices offered are ex-factory, Bali Indonesia and subject to change at any time with or without prior notice. Shipping cost is exclusive from our prices and available upon request in updated quotation from our cargo partner. If you have already had a shipping agent, please kindly introduce with us, so we can work together closely aiming for on time delivery.

Shipment
Shipment methods are available in 3 ways:

1. FCL (Full Container Load) in 20ft container (30 cbm), 40ft container (60 cbm), and 40ft HC container (70 cbm).
   Delivery will take approximately 3-4 weeks to main countries in Europe, US & Canada, and AU.
2. LCL (Less Container Load) in minimum order for 2 cbm. All merchandise is packed and crated in wooden crates. Specialized Fumigation will be needed for some particular merchandise and particular destination port countries (USA and Australia).
   Delivery will take approximately 3-4 weeks to main countries in Europe, US & Canada, and AU.
3. Air Freight, Quickest way for urgent delivery with most expensive cost. Rates are charges base on weight in kilograms or volumetric whichever is higher. Alternatively shipment by courier such as DHL, Fedex, and UPS will be also as an option.
   Delivery will take approximately 3-4 days to main countries in Europe, US & Canada, and AU.
   

 

Minimum Orders

Minimum order for Furniture is USD 2,000
Minimum order for Handicraft and others is USD 1,500.00.
Minimum combined product order is USD 1,500.00

Order less than above minimum order will be subject to order fee for USD 75.00 and must be paid in full amount - no deposit allowed.

Payments

Order less than minimum order (less than USD 1,500.00) must be paid in full amount plus USD 75.00 order fee and plus shipping cost. (Insurance 2% - 2.5% from total order value or USD 30.00 whichever is higher). Insurance is applicable if it's needed.

 

Basic calculation for order less than minimum order (ie: USD 1,250.00):

	Order Value	: USD 1,150.00
	Additional order fee	: USD 75.00
	Shipping cost	: USD 350.00 (ie: air freight for USD 350.00)
	Insurance	: USD 30.00 (ie: 2% from total order value USD 1,150 is USD 23.00, charged whichever is higher as mentioned above).

	Total billing invoice	: USD 1,605.00 (Paid in full amount)

Order more than minimum order is allowed for some 50% advance deposit upon confirmed purchase order and 50% remaining balance plus shipping cost and insurance (if needed) must be paid when goods are ready to ship for final delivery.

Both order payment can be done by these methods:

1. Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account.
   Please send to us a copy of your bank remittance to check the status of your transfer. Wire transfer will approximately take 3 - 4 banking days.


2. Western Union
   The best express way to transfer fund and payments. The payment for us must be in full amount, any Western Union charges will be held by customer. Please kindly send to us a copy of your Western Union transfer sheet - will be deeply appreciated - or just send to us your Western Union details information including Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for the easiest tracking transfer startus online at:

3. Paypal Online Payment
   Paypal is the best option for retail, bulk, and sample order, but not for large wholesale order. Paypal offers us very low currency rate for IDR which is not a good business for us. We still prefer to use wire transfer for wholesale order. Hope that our online customers understand about this issue.

Outsourcing fee

Our outsourcing fee is 10% from total order value - only for the items which are not listed on our online product catalogue - it will be charged if you have any special order designs (or samples order) which need to be outsourced by our team. This fee can be waived out if you can confirm your order in 20ft container.
