Villa Projects:

Pererenan Villa - Canggu
	Pererenan Villa is located on the Pangi River Village complex adjacent to village of Pererenan on Bali’s West Coast in a secluded location overlooking the rice terraces beyond the Pangi River. Pererenan Villa was built in Year of 2006 and constructed in the traditional Balinese style consisting of separate pavilions located within 1700m2 of landscaped gardens. From the Balinese entrance gates to the villa grounds, one finds oneself descending the white palimanan stone & terracotta steps through the landscaped gardens to the extraordinary ten metre high main living/dining pavilion which overlooks the swimming pool nestled adjacent to the Pangi River & rice fields.
Building concept and interior was designed by JAM. Each bedroom is a short stroll through the villa grounds and each consists of a bedroom with king size bed, balcony overlooking the gardens and spacious ensuite bathroom and bathtubs with outdoor shower.

Alan Villa - Seminyak
	The Villa appeals with its unique functionality and comfort. Located in Jalan Drupadi Seminyak, this villa presents a specific and unique rhythm - it flows uninterrupted from the guest and living areas to the garden and to the more private areas. The interior emphasises even further the eclectic style of the house. Designed and executed by JAM, primary colors complement the compliment the chunky wooden pieces, the built in furniture and the weathered leather chairs. JAM are renowned for their signature style of mixing Balinese with contemporary furniture. The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor, directly overlooks the pool and suprises with its bare simplicty and calmness.
